Prabowo Baru Beli Lego Untuk Anak Rusia-Indonesia: Momen Penuh Kasih

During Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto’s state visit to Russia, a heartwarming and delightful moment unfolded in the lobby of a hotel in St. Petersburg. Surrounded by Indonesian citizens living in Russia, which included students, migrant workers, and members of the diaspora, President Prabowo engaged with the children of an Indonesian-Russian couple. One of the boys confidently asked the President for a Lego set, and to everyone’s amazement, his request was granted on the spot.

President Prabowo warmly greeted the crowd and approached the children of Ambar Rukmi, an Indonesian woman originally from Solo now residing in Russia. While conversing with the children, Prabowo praised one of the boys for his charm and innocence, even calling him “very handsome.” The boy cheekily asked the President if he spoke English, eliciting laughter and warmth from Prabowo.

In a touching moment, the child expressed his desire for a Lego set, prompting President Prabowo to direct his personal secretary to acquire a Lego set for the boy and his brother promptly. This spontaneous act made a lasting impression on the parents, especially Ambar, who expressed gratitude and hoped for an Indonesian Consulate in St. Petersburg.

This display of kindness showcased President Prabowo’s personable and compassionate nature, going beyond official protocol and resonating with the audience. Not only did it bring smiles, but it also underscored the President’s genuine bond with the people, leaving a memorable impact during his visit to Russia.
